About Gebo's Bonanza Supermarket

History and Demographics of Amarillo, Texas:

Amarillo is the fourteenth largest city in Texas and the largest city in the Texas panhandle. Amarillo is the county seat of Potter County, Texas. A portion of Amarillo extends into Randall County, however. The city has between 170,000 and 200,000 residents.

There is more than one “Gebo's” in Amarillo, Texas. The “Gebo's” in question is located at 2500 E. 3rd Avenue. It used to be called Bonanza Supermarket. Gebo's is a farm and western wear store serving the farmers and ranchers who make their home here in Amarillo.

The Ghosts and Hauntings of Gebo's (formerly Bonanza Supermarket) in Amarillo, Texas:

Tales of a murder in the meat department at the Bonanza Supermarket have been blamed as the reason why ghostly phenomena haunt the Gebo's at this location. Entities are said to move objects and employees are apparently too frightened to work the night shift doing inventory because of the strange events that occur at Gebo's. The ghost, apparently, has not been seen yet, but employees are well aware of its presence.
