Yak and Yeti

History:

Formerly known as the Cheshire Cat Brew Pub, the restaurant now known at Yak and Yeti’s located in Arvada, Colorado was built in 1864. The building is a restored Victorian mansion. According to a Fox31 news report, years ago, a woman fell down the stairs at some time during the structure’s history, to her death.

Paranormal Reports:

Yak and Yeti’s was recently investigated by the Rocky Mountain Paranormal Research Society. The investigators reported the sounds of women’s voices coming up from the floor boards, but none of these sounds were caught on their sound equipment. During the investigation lights flickered for no explainable reason and a chair was caught on video moving seemingly on its own.

I believe KHOW talk show host Peter Boyles did a podcast from there in 2009 on HAlloween. I remeber him saying he heard footsteps late at night upstairs and no one in the group reported being up at that time.
