I live in Yakima, WA. I am a founder and the President of The P.A.S.T. is Present Paranormal Investigation team based in Yakima, WA. I am extremely disappointed regarding the Cherry Park information posted here. FIRST - the location of Cherry Park is NOT "Cherry Park is located near the corner of West Chestnut Avenue and North 50th Avenue in Yakima, Washington. Cherry Park is on the east side of North 50th Avenue just north of West Chestnut." Whoever posted this obviously did not take the time to research and confirm the location!! (Which should always be done before posting information.) I have lived in Yakima my whole life. CHERRY PARK is located neart N. 4th Avenue and Cherry, its in the North EAST part of Yakima. A location known to be dangerouse with relation to drugs, gangs, etc. FURTHERMORE - it DOES NOT HOST nor has it every hosted " an annual Spook-tacular Halloween Weekend as a commercial haunt at this location." If the poster is referring to an event such as above at the incorrect location of 50th Avenue, they once again are incorrect. THat is the location of a Catholic Church and Catholic School. They have never hosted such an event (at least not in the past 35 years). I would appreciate this posting being corrected, and PLEASE do some research rather then taking any info you find on the internet as the gospal. THANK YOU!
