I wanted to check this place out after seeing it on A & E My Ghost Story. I arrived on a week night just after dinner time around 7:30 p.m. with one of my friends who explores haunted places with me. Cars were pulling out of the parking lot so we hoped we would have the place to ourselves. We took the small cozy table to the left and ordered dinner. My friend was complaining his legs were freezing halfway through the meal. We had our audio recorders on the table while we ate and a k2 meter, about the time my friend complained about the cold the k2 went off. We wondered what else might occur when my hair was pulled from behind, not hard but enough it startled me. Later that night we went over the audio and were impressed by some very clear evps we obtained from just sitting at the table having our dinner. Ghost tours and investigations are offered so we will be going back very soon even though its a two and a half hour ride from Inverness, its worth it.
